Highly productive, fast paced Farmers Insurance Agency in Duluth just min away from Justgo seeks a Chinese Customer Service and Sales agent to join our team.  The successful candidate will master routine work while advancing newly established objectives set by management.  This team player must be able to implement systems as company training guides.  Customer Service and / or Sales experience background is preferred.

Requirements necessary but not limited to include:

·         Legal to work in US with Social Security number, a driver’s license and clean background

·         Strong bilingual writing and speaking communication skills in Chinese and English

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, business social media.

·         Strong sense of responsibility and strong skills of organization, coordination, communication, good team spirit and care to help others and customers. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Help existing customers with payments and changes to policies. 
  • Review, explain and advise best coverage and limit to customers. 
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
